She sends all the deets to the West Java Provincial Conservation Agency and fires off a letter to the provincial bigwigs for backup. Long story short, the hair sample gets sent to BRIN for some serious lab work. And guess what? The results blow minds: that hair's got a whopping 97.8% match to the long-lost Javan tiger!
