In Arlington, Washington, a dog named Lucy became a hero when she sensed a fire at a neighbor's place. It was around 3 AM, and her unusual, loud barking woke up her owner, Douglas O'Connor. This wasn't her typical bark, and it sounded more like a scream. O'Connor's wife noticed the fire from the window, and they quickly called 911. The fire was in a nearby workshop, and the firefighters said that if another 10 minutes had passed, it could have reached the house.
