So here's what went down: Bruce Lake, an off-duty cop, was just out enjoying a hiking trip with his squad in Fundy National Park, New Brunswick. Amidst their adventure, they stumbled upon a group of swimmers, and guess what? One of them was in some deep water trouble, literally! The lady seemed exhausted and vanished into the frothy water.

Like a scene straight out of a Hollywood thriller, our hero, Mr. Lake, dived right in. After some intense underwater arm-flailing, he managed to grab the drowning woman and with a little teamwork, they made it back to shore.
